For Blanching Almonds microwave it in water for 5 minutes
Drain water and remove skin from Almonds
Chopped 5-6 almonds
Dry roast and keep a side
Blend rest Amonds with 1/2 cup of milk
Heat a pan on medium flame
Add butter ..let it melt
Add all purpose flour
Keep stirring constantly
Add 1cup milk
Keep stirring constantly
Add blended Almonds
Keep stirring constantly
All this process will be on small medium flame
Add rest milk and water
Stir well
Add salt and black pepper...stir
Keep flame low
Cook for 5 minutes
Add cream and turn off from flame (Here I used full fat milk so I avoid cream)
If you need thick Shorba then don't use water..Use only milk
And if you want clear then sieve it.
Pour in bowl and garnish with roasted Almonds
